Great item, good quality all around. What I would like to see.
1. BPA free plastic so this petrochemical plastic does not leech into your food. This happens faster when you add hot items.
2. air tight lid - current lid takes away from the units ability to keep food hot for a longer time. The lid does have a thin rubber seal but it is not airtight so heat and water escapes.

Food is hot for well over 8 hours!! My kid (12 years) take it to school and he is happy.
I highly recommend it...and I am going to buy another one for myself.

I am really happy with this lunch jar. I work on the road, so it's a great way to get healthy food and avoid all the fast food, plus I save money... Great purchase.

This is a great bento lunch jar for kid to bring warm lunch to school. I took out 2 stars because of the top container's suction is too strong resulting my kid cannot remove the lid and eat the food from the top compartment.

I bought it to pack my daughter's school lunches, but it barely lasted a school year. It worked great in the beginning but now she complains that food does not stay warm any more. Another thing that I noticed that if you put something like dipping sauce in one of the two top compartments (there is an insert provided so you can actually seperate the cold compartment into two small ones), it will leak into the other because the top lid is not tight enough, so I learned it was not a good idea.
